Perio Care respectfully requests 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and do not wish to penalise patients for unavoidable situations. An appointment in our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you, and you will be present for treatment.
Patients wishing to reschedule and have previously failed to attend an appointment may be asked to pay a deposit (prepay the next appointment). The deposit however will be non-refundable if the patient is extremely late, without acceptable excuse, or does not attend / cancels with less than 48 hours notice.
